Our Story

Welcome to Maggie Mae's Boutique at Magnolia Estate. 

Maggie Mae's began with a simple idea: to create something beautiful, personal, and meaningful-something that felt less like a store and more like an experience. 

And of course, it needed a name with a story. 

Maggie Mae is our precious-and very pampered-mini Australian labradoodle. She is one of four beloved pups-two girls & two boys-who are very much part of our family and our everyday lives. We love and adore each of them deeply, so when it came time to name the boutique, choosing Maggie Mae as its namesake felt perfectly natural. 

But the story of Maggie Mae's is really part of a much bigger one. 

Our family created Magnolia Legacy, LLC with our children, grandchildren, and the generations that will follow them in mind. The word legacy was chosen intentionally because that is exactly what we hope to build here: something lasting. 

Throughout Magnolia Estate, names, places, and details have been chosen with purpose. They are connected to people we love, experiences we have shared, & chapters of our lives that we never want to forget. Even the smallest details often have a story behind them. 

Maggie Mae's Boutique was created in that same spirit. 

We wanted a boutique filled with beautiful things, but we also wanted to create a place where women could slow down and genuinely enjoy shopping again. Our private, appointment based shopping experience allows us to offer something increasingly rare-personal attention, a quaint, unhurried atmosphere, and the opportunity to simply enjoy a little time for yourself. In the spirit of Magnolia Estate, we affectionately referred that as "ME time."

Our collections are thoughtfully selected to bring together timeless style, modern femininity, and a touch of Southern sophistication. From clothing & jewelry to gifts, accessories, and special finds, we choose pieces that we would be excited to share with the women in our own lives. 

For those who cannot visit us at Magnolia Estate, our online boutique allows us to share a little piece of Maggie Mae's well beyond Alabama. 

It's about family. It's about memories. It's about creating beautiful experiences today while building something meaningful for tomorrow.
